Essential Requirements
- SAP Basis Certification: Candidate must be trained & certified in SAP Basis
- Communication Skills: Must have good communication abilities
- Long-term Commitment: Must be comfortable working with company long-term
- Flexibility: Flexible to work on different projects at various Tech Mahindra Development Centers or Client Locations across the country
- Shift Work: Must be comfortable working in different shifts
Educational Qualification
Degree Requirements:
B.Tech / M.CA / M.Sc graduate passing in 2024 or 2025
Specialization:
Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, E&E, Telecommunication, or Electronics
Academic Scoring Requirements
- 10th Standard: Minimum 65%
- 12th/Diploma: Minimum 65%
- Graduation: Minimum 65%
- Post-Graduation (if done): Minimum 65%
- No gap years: Must not have any academic gap years

️ Important Notes
- Probation: Will be on probation for 6 months post-selection
